The Lord of the Rings - Orc Armored 1:10 Scale Statue

The Lord of the Rings - Orc Armored 1:10 Scale Statue

"Do you know how the Orcs first came into being? They were elves once, taken by the dark powers, tortured and mutilated. A ruined and terrible form of life."

When the Fellowship began their quest to destroy the One Ring in the fires of Mount Doom in Mordor, their journey took them through the perilous depths of Moria. Though these mines were once home to Dwarves, the dark tunnels and chambers were now dominated by the smaller but equally grotesque form of orcs known as goblins.Ā Upon reaching Balin’s Tomb,Ā theĀ fool of a Took Pippen knocked a bucket into a well, awakening the hordes of orcs who quickly swarmed the tomb to slayĀ theĀ invaders.

Inspired by the tense battle inĀ The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring,Ā theĀ Moria Orc Archer 1/10th Scale Statue captures the monstrous, green-skinned goblin with long pointed ears and serrated teeth, depicted wielding a serrated spear and wearing rusted armour with a brutal shield to protect itself as prepares toĀ leapĀ off theĀ dwarvenĀ tomb to surprise attack the Fellowship and drive them from its territory.

This limited edition statue has been based on original movie references and skilfully crafted in hand-painted polystone, accurately recreating the terrifying creature from J.R.R. Tolkien’s fantasy world of Middle Earth. Standing approximately 7.8ā€ tall on a tombĀ themed base, this incredible statue also forms part of the Moria Diorama to recreate the battle as the Fellowship of the Ring desperately fight against the orcs and their massive cave troll.
